Redemption Information
Redeemable in H&M stores and online at HM.com. You can use a gift card to pay for your complete purchase or in combination with another payment method.
Shop Online 1. Select 'Add gift card' under payment in checkout. 2. Enter the gift card number and pin code in the pop-up screen. 3. Make sure to click “add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase.
Shop in Stores 1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it. 2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in.

- This card is redeemable for merchandise in any H&M, H&M Home and hm.com in the US only.
- This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or change card and cannot be exchanged for cash or be used towards the purchase of another H&M gift card.
- Please retain the gift card as the balance can be topped up.
- The H&M Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero.
- If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the H&M Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
- H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of this gift card.
