Able And Game
Able And Game create greeting cards that reflect people's lives and celebrate the mundane, everyday things people often overlook. Rather than being saccharine or mushy, the cards use humour and real sentiment to convey messages that celebrate the inner dork in all of us. Designed and printed in Melbourne for over 11 years, the statements made on the cards have people nodding and laughing in agreement and the hand-drawn illustrations give the cards an innocent quality.

Back To The Drawing Board Illustration
Abi Mcneall

I work full time as a cafe manager and set up my illustration business during the first lockdown, whilst on furlough from work. It has always been a dream of mine, and I finally had the spare time to just do it! I've been drawing since I can remember, and doodled through all of my school exercise books (later ruined by the teacher's red biro!) I went on to graduate from Portsmouth Uni with a degree in illustration, which is where I really found my drawing style. I absolutely love drawing food, as you can tell from my card designs, so I get a lot of inspiration from where I work. I also enjoy menu design and have been lucky enough to be able to design all of the cafe menus and chalkboards during my time working there. It's great to have a job I can mix my passion with!

Due to the fine quality cow leather and the watermarked paper, the range of Bomo Art products has become much more exclusive. We are proud of our hand-drawn unique wrapping paper and card designs. On our greeting cards, postcards and gift tags you can discover a wide range of graphics and drawings. You can choose a romantic motive with flowers or fall in love with balloons or animals patterned cards. There are some cards related to holidays as well in style of the 19th century. The motives featuring old posters, postcards, musical notes recall the halcyon days of the turn of the century. Furthermore the aim of Bomo Art Team is also to bring joy into the writing by manufacturing beautiful, sophisticated and fine quality papers.
